These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and x03bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the x03bet website located at https://x03bet.cam, including all associated services, features, content and tools available through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
x03bet does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority in Pakistan. The Platform is operated under international licensing. Gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your Account:
x03bet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage — including at registration, before any withdrawal, or upon internal review. Failure to complete KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction may result in Account restriction or closure and forfeiture of Bonus Funds, subject to applicable regulations.
Each individual User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is a form of Prohibited Conduct and will result in all associated Accounts being closed, Bonus Funds forfeited and any pending withdrawals subject to review. If you have multiple Accounts, you must notify x03bet immediately so that duplicates can be consolidated or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person, and you must notify x03bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. x03bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
All information submitted during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number — must be accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure without notice.
Accounts may display balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable for user convenience. The actual currency in which funds are held and processed is determined by the Operator's payment infrastructure and may differ from the displayed currency. Users are responsible for understanding any applicable conversion rates and fees.
x03bet references familiar local payment options for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers, and conventional bank transfer references such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as general payment context. The actual availability of any specific deposit method is determined by the Operator's current payment infrastructure and may change without prior notice. None of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method and Account verification status. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Operator may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method. The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but makes no guarantee of specific processing timeframes due to banking intermediary delays, compliance review requirements or other factors outside the Operator's direct control.
A minimum withdrawal threshold applies to all Accounts. The current minimum withdrawal amount is specified in the Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
x03bet is required to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. The Operator reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into an Account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account restriction and referral to relevant authorities.
A Wager is not confirmed until the Platform has accepted it and issued a confirmed Bet ID. Network interruptions, browser closures or device failures at the point of submission do not constitute confirmed Wagers unless a valid Bet ID has been generated and recorded in the User's Account history.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The price displayed at the moment a User confirms a Wager is the binding price for that Bet, subject to the Operator's price-change policy in effect at the time. x03bet reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — where a price is materially incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — and to void or recalculate any Wagers placed at an erroneous price.
x03bet reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel any market at any time, including but not limited to circumstances involving event cancellation, postponement beyond the Operator's settlement window, abandonment, result uncertainty, or regulatory instruction. Voided Wagers are returned to the Account Balance in full.
For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and T20 internationals — settlement rules are applied in accordance with the Operator's Cricket Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Where a match is interrupted by weather, reduced-overs calculations (such as DLS method results) will be applied where applicable. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC are for sports-context purposes only; x03bet has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team.
In-play markets are subject to real-time data feeds and may be delayed. The Operator is not liable for any Wagers placed based on information that is ahead of the actual live match state as reported by data providers. Any Wager placed after the outcome of the market has been determined — but before the market has been suspended by the system — may be voided at the Operator's sole discretion.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers ("Promotions") are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual Promotion in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict between a specific Promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall take precedence.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible markets, minimum qualifying odds and time limit are specified in each Promotion's specific terms. For example — and purely for illustrative purposes — a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 50,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Illustrative figures in promotional materials are examples only and do not represent current live offers.
Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are limited to one participation per person, per household, per IP address and per payment method. Attempts to claim Promotions multiple times — including through multiple Accounts — constitute Prohibited Conduct.
x03bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus Funds that have not been claimed prior to an offer's withdrawal will expire. The Operator also reserves the right to void Bonus Funds if there is evidence of Prohibited Conduct or abuse of the Promotions system.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. If Account closure is due to a material breach by the User, x03bet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation or legal proceedings.
Users wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting x03bet support at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible during the exclusion period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x03bet holds its applicable international operating license. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's country of residence.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory legal protections you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. x03bet does not acknowledge the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for dispute resolution arising from these Terms, nor does it represent that this Platform is licensed, authorised or regulated under Pakistani law.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, x03bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and request Account closure.
